I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. However I felt the treatment plan was a lot more aggressive than I felt comfortable with. One thing I don't like, is that I wasn't given the option to try less invasive solutions. It was always recommended to have a very intrusive facial surgery that would leave scars, when the other ENT I saw was confident with a small needle biopsy and CT scan.
