An amazing healer! Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful, office hours are adapted to working people's schedules, and there is very little wait time when you arrive. Dr. Zach's clearly explains everything so even non-medical people can understand the process. He did an extremely complicated surgery on my neck and all went well with no side effects.

They eventually found a remedy, but it took them forever

I had a few questions in regards to payment billing and the procedures. I spoke with BettyJ, the billing manager was not in. So the "practice administrator" spoke with me. I am amazed that these educated doctors would hire such an uneducated glorified "manager". She was rude, spoke like a 12 year old and could not answer one of my questions. It was clear she did not know the answers and was going on and on with out making any sense. She clearly does not know how to speak to people and her lack of knowledge and vocabulary is acutally funny. Good luck with the future of this office. The girls at the front desk were better spoken then Betty (Jean) I think. These Doctors really need to reavaulate who runs this office. She needs to go back to high school.

He has the nastiest front office I have experienced.

Given the unemployment rate, you would think he could find more courteous people.

There is no shortage of ENTs in the area. I was at a social event and told some docs there about his front office and they gave me the names of other ENTs. I saw one of them and was delighted.
