I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen--the office is managed with a very high degree of efficiency and accuracy.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I felt completely comfortable choosing a treatment plan after they went over every single detail of my test results with me. It's so nice to fully understand what every test result means. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They thoroughly explained my medication to me and went over dosage, scheduling, and side effects before I started taking it. I felt a lot more comfortable knowing what I was taking. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
