They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They didn't make me wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the doctor a couple minutes after I sat down. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never met a more attentive doctor anywhere else. They listened carefully to all my input and addressed all my concerns. I noticed their diplomas and credentials immediately when I walked in the door. They were obviously very qualified. I'm so happy with how my appointment went. They far exceeded my expectations.

I'm so happy with how my appointment went. They far exceeded my expectations. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was worried that I would be in a lot of pain during my appointment, but they made sure that they were very gentle with me and didn't aggravate my joints at all. I've never had any other doctor give me better advice, and it was completely unbiased. I couldn't believe how clean and organized their office was. It was one of the cleanest offices I've ever seen. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
