Never, they are very reliable.

Doctor Rocca is a compassionate and patient man. He answered ALL my questions (and I had a lot). Lynn, his receptionist, is VERY efficient, kind and a joy to talk to. Linda, his nurse is skilled and never hurts me (I get a medicine for osteoporosis - and it works!)
