The wait was absolutely ridiculous. The front desk tells you that an hour or more wait is typical. It confirmed what I had read about other online reviews. Bring a book, or book an early appointment. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I'm going for my second appointment today to follow up on lab results and complete a physical. If this doesn't go well, I'm going to look for something better.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. This was my first visit as a new patient and I was unimpressed. The reception area was cold and uninviting. I had to wait an exceeove amounto f time to be seen and never really felt that anyone cared. It caused me to run late for another appointment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their process, all I got wa excuses but no genuine sense of an apology. I felt like I was "stuck" with inferior service and regretted making the appointment.
