Dr. Harris is very friendly and talkative. He gets distracted easily in chatter and seems to forget the medical issues being covered. If you need insurance approval for diagnostics, don't count on the staff to help! When insurance asks for additional information, they don't try to get it approved - instead they blame the insurance company for not providing the authorization. They don't hesitate to talk down to you, and even yelled on several occasions when we tried to get them to help. This office is only good if you are perfectly healthy and don't require any follow up.

I am a former patient of Dr. Harris. I got fed up awhile ago with the constant wait for my scheduled appointment and the rude and unattentive staff so I went elsewhere. My husband stayed with him, only due to insurance restrictions. He now needs a referral to a specialist and trying to get that information from Dr. Harris' office in a reasonable amount of time isn't happening. My dog gets better medical treatment at the vet.
