I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

IDr Harris is fine its his stafff, the office manager needs to be replaced she is unorganized, rude and should not be in an office. It took 3 months just to get a referral to an other doctor, when asked she said she was too busy. They over book appointments waiting is over an hour or more.

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

!st I'd like to say I'm quite satisfied with dr. Harris even with the long waits. However I find myself having to find another Dr., sometime ago they changed there policy for renewing certain perscriptions. With this new rule I will have to come in every month to get my persription refilled. which for means I have to take 3hrs off, pay 25.00 co pay each month and with my loss pay this adds up to about 100.00 more each month I've been with dr. Harris for 21 yrs but I can't afford an additonal 100.00 per month i'm saddened with the thought that i my must now look for a new Dr.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

Dr. Harris is fine but his support staff could use improvement. I have twice had to wait months for referrals that should have taken weeks and was given no reason for the delays. Phone calls were not returned.

I made appointments and still had to wait for hours each time i went.(not just one time because of an emergency every time for 2 years) I had prescriptions i take on a regular basis not needing to be monitored but every 6 months to a year and they would only give a 30 day prescription for non controlled substances and make me come in every 30 days for refills.I would understand it it were pain pills like narcotics but regular medications do not need 30 day monitoring. I am tired of waiting for results on tests and waiting in the waiting room because they always double up on patience knowing they will wait why make an appointment if on average i waited each time excess of 2 hours past my appointment time. :( I am going to a new practice starting on Monday 3/28/2011 one time i had to leave after waiting 2 hours and 15 min to make my sons appointment and they would not refund my co pay the make you pay when you arrive. Bad practice and its not getting better any time soon
