I am totally thrilled with my results from my neck lift performed by Dr. Tzikas. I appreciate the time he spent in advance answering all my questions and telling me they what to expect. The follow up after the operation has also been exceptional. In the day of my procedure I felt total confidence in the entire staff that cared for me. Dr. Tzikas is a gifted and talented surgeon and definitely gave me a refreshing and natural result.

It is rare to meet a doctor who is an excellent surgeon with a fine bedside manner. Dr. Tzikas is this kind of doctor. He has performed several surgeries on my face and neck. Before each procedure, Dr. Tzikas has a consultation with me the patient. At that time, he listened attentively to me describe what I wanted done. Next, he explained the procedure and how he could achieve my desired results. Each time I was amazed the result was even better than I imagined it could be. Many doctors go the University to become fine doctors. Dr. Tzikas was born that way.

Procedures: face lift, neck lift, upper and lower eye lids and fat transfer
Results:
Neck lift: Despite some bruising an almost immediate transformation occurred. Wow!
Face lift: Natural looking. Friends say "you look so young" and have no idea why.
Upper and lower lids: Restored. No weird scarry shape.
Fat transfer: Highly recommend this procedure. It turns back the clock.
Went back to work after 10 days. A little challenging, as I was still fairly bruised and swollen. I joke about it as it looked like I got a good beating. As the next few weeks passed I found strangers now calling me "Miss" and my younger brothers now referring to me as their "younger sister".
10 weeks post surgery: Looking 15 years younger. Works for me. No regrets!

After interviewing 4 well-reputed plastic surgeons, I entrusted my face to Dr. Tzikas. He emphasized the fact that he would obtain a natural result and that I wouldn't have a pulled effect. After a brow-lift, rhinoplasty and face-lift I look refreshed, natural and feel pretty again. Thank you Dr. Tzikas! PS: Even my family in NY didn't know what I had done - They just thought I look fabulous! In addition, the entire office staff are extremely professional ,knowledgeable, helpful and very kind.
