I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Practically Impossible

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room?
They didn't have much
Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments?
Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Their bedside manner was OK, but my child doesn't care for them

I specifically asked for a price for my visit before committing to wait, as I do not have medical insurance. I was quoted a price for their services and when I left they charged me double what they had quoted. I call that a bait and switch. I would not have waited an hour to see a doctor, (which they only brought in a nurse practitioner), if they were honest to begin with. I would have left their office gone over to a CVS clinic (with no wait) or another medical clinic. The office manager, Dale was rude and unprofessional and we will never visit their office or any other Pediatric Partners office again! If I could give this office, a zero star.
