Avoid avoid avoid unless you have no choice insurance or financial reasons. I went here because it was a in-network provider for my insurance and it was super close to work. First off, the front desk staff is cold, unfriendly, and VERY unhelpful. They have NO care that you are there. They have NO etiquette at all. Furthermore, Dr. Han's dental assistants have been brash, cold, unfriendly, and just blow through your appointment as fast as they can. I was getting a cleaning once and the assistant just allowed the sucker tube to suck on my lip when it fell out of my mouth. NO concern at all on how you feel. Dr. Han has never been rude or yelled at me, per-se, BUT in 2010 he quoted me FIVE fillings. I have NEVER had 5 fillings quoted to me at once. I've had 1-2 fillings in 10+ years. Well, he made it important by how he talked about it, so I got all 5 of them done. He even said he gave me a "deal" on how much out of pocket I had to pay for them. The last appointment I had for the 5th filling, I waited almost 1.5 hours to be seen. I waited most of that time in the waiting room, then over 30 minutes in the dentist chair and NO ONE came and pre-numbed me for the drilling. Dr. Han came in and almost started drilling without my numbing! I had to ASK for it!

Fast forward to my next cleaning. I am quoted TWO more fillings. At this point, I am so fed up with it, I challenged Dr. Han on it and told him what is ABSOLUTELY crucial to get done? At that point he backed down, saying they could simply re-evaulate it at my next cleaning. Since then I have gone to get my XRays done by a friend who is going through SacCity's dental assistant program. Both she and her instructor could not find anything Dr. Han claimed he could see on his XRays.

There is one hygenist at the office who is super-sweet, super kind and gentle and friendly,but I do not remember her name. She is probably in her mid-late 30's and is blond. Other than that, the whole office is horrible.

I have not been back and will not.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and I had two root canals done and stainless steel crowns on top, now 2 years later the crowns have disenegrated and they tell me they will only do extractions with my insurance!!! Bullshit, I have all my teeth and I want to keep them

OMG !!! WTF !!! Due to unemployment I am basically forced to continue my care. After having 2 wisdom teeth pulled, the office wanted me to schedule a root canal the next morning. Are they kidding me? It is as if the office staff is oblivious to what is going on...not to mention rude & uncaring.
Now for the 'so called dentist'..Injoo Han...what can I say.....he is rough, gruff, and rude to all the patients, not just me.....to say this was truly traumatizing is an understatement. When your having dental work done by an uncaring so called dentist and to hear a small child screaming and Injoo Han telling the child to stop. He told the child her teeth are ugly, in his broken English.
During the root canal, he burnt my lip......and just threw the gauze at me. He seemed to enjoy my pain.
This so called dentist should not even be allowed to work on an animal.....he is not a dentist, he is a very angry, rude monster. AVOID * AVOID * AVOID *

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. The dentist himself barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office every single visit. He also seems to be quite temperamental. At one point I closed my mouth to lick my lips and apparently was not supposed to - he all but yelled at me like I was a child or something (how the heck was I supposed to know if he didn't say please don't close your mouth for a moment?) This is also the worst place I've ever gone for a root canal. I've had two and each were amazingly painful for 5-7 days later, both with poorly sized/shaped temporary filings which made it impossible to not keep hurting the tender nerves below. He is the only dentist I've ever seen to use "files" by hand to get your roots. It seems he goes way too deep and damages tissue below or something. Definitely one of the worst dentists I've been to, but have no choice due to my type of coverage. Would avoid if you have a choice.
