Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Yes
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider remember you by name?
No, and they don't make an effort to even try

Fillings that were done in composite were not hardened completely. as a result 4 of my family members had failed fillings. My daughter (13 fillings many we question) Just went to another dentist after years of pain in which she was told by preventative was her mouth getting used to the composite. The pain turned out to be infection under the composite which had gaps and had never been hardened correctly. Between the 4 of us 21 fillings failed. We are paying for it now. What was screwed up was that the dentist kept blowing off complaints of pain and fed us bull about the causes. Additionally any person who waited for their appointment waited at least an hour before they were seen. I learned not to plan too many activities for days with dental visits because we had waited as much as 2 hours once to be seen, regardless of our appointment time.
