I found Dr. Yamani to be dismissive, cold and lacking in care and professionalism.

My husband was a patient of his for many years until he passed away in 2010. He ALWAYS treated him (and even me) with the utmost respect. My husband had many health issues and Dr.. Yamani was always professional, caring and personable with us. If someone has an issue with him they must have issues of their own that they aren't owning up to.

I never write reviews but this dr does not care about his patients i seen him 1 time while i was in the hospital he never check my vitals or ordered my home meds for three days on top of what i came in for i had to deal with withdrawls. Then i l kept seeing an on call dr to after much complaing from my family ordered my meds.His staff would never return calls run away from this office.

I have to say Dr. Yamani is not one to hold back on his opinion. He flat out told me "you are a Smoker and I will not waste my time or any resources treating a Smoker."

Where is that attitude acceptable, and when did Doctors become entitled to demean and Bully a Cardiac Patient in need of life saving authorization?

Makes me wonder who else he will not "waste his time" on, how does he feel about other addictive human foibles, like Food to the Obese Patient,or the Diabetic that can't walk past a candy store...Alcoholics? Really?

I need is a "Primary" to authorize a Cardiac V, a Pacemaker check and a consult with my Cardiologist...it has been over a week and I am still waiting for his approvals.

Next stop for me will be the E.R. or a different potential Primary, since I am still "not worth Yamani's time, or any (of his) resources", he won't be allowed near me (or mine) with a ten foot pole. He certainly gave me a fair warning, and I am grateful for that.

Yes.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Sure
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They acknowledge you because you sign in and they ask for your fee.
My doctor is fine.....the front office needs guidance. Don't bother calling and asking for your doctor to return the call.....I'm sure he doesn't get the message. I've called numerous times and rarely get a call back. If you need a referral, you better be pro active. Again, their front office is lacking.
I've waited up to 2 weeks and utilized 7 phone calls to get the referral I needed.......Gone are the days of service, caring and professionalism. Again, the doctors and nurses are fine....but you have a bad taste in your mouth by time you get to them.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
