I might recommend them to others, as I didn't have any problems with them. They didn't impress me, but if someone needed a doctor I would send them here. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
