The most unprofessional Doctors office that I have ever been to. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and unorganized. Save yourself from a big headache and do not go to this Doctor!

Rude, very rude. I called for an appointment and was on hold for 12 minutes and had the phone in my hand when I walked into the office and the receptionist did not even apologize. Awful attitude

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my family and friends. This provider really rushed through my appointment. I don't think they were at all thorough. In the middle of our discussion she "went to get info on the topic" and never came back. One of her staff came after ten minutes with a prescription and said I was good to go. What a waste of time! Then when I wanted my test results they gave me page 1,2,&4. When I went back and asked for page 3 they argued over giving it to me. First they said oh page three was a different person's results. I told them that was bull. Then they told me oh it was blank. I was like so which is it another patient's or just blank? Then when I wouldn't leave it alone they finally printed it out. Then I asked them once I was finished with the antibiotic the doc wanted to retest so what was their procedure for that. They said I don't know. I asked ok can you find out. They said I don't know so just make an appointment. I was like you can't just go find out? She was like just make an appoint I don't know what else to tell you. I was beyond frustrated and said yeah not gonna happen bye and left. I refuse to go back to this office due to the front staff and an unsatisfactory visit with the doctor.

Their staff was friendly enough, but definitely not friendly on the phone. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They do not encourage answering questions over the phone, most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
