My adult son is a physically disabled college graduate, lives with me, and has been a patient since 2008 with Dr. Shah. Camp has been hospitalized twice during this time and she was extremely compassionate, kindhearted, and proficient as she cared for him during very serious illnesses. She talks to him about his needs and listens to him as well. He has had many doctors since he was born as a 3 month early preemie in 1981. Dr. Shah ranks up there with the best physicians he has ever had. I am not sure how she doesn't have higher ratings. She has been professional, very knowledgable, and has researched more information about his illness. I love how she has also listened to my questions and concerns as his mother/caregiver. She is personable, well groomed, and professionally dressed. I have been continually pleased and feel blessed that he has Dr. Shah for his physician!

I had been a patient with Dr Shah for more than 3 years. At first, she was really great, very caring, etc. Everything changed last year!! It got to where you could only see the NP and I saw her for well over a year and never Dr. Shah. Calls were never returned. There were times when I would show up for my appt. and they weren't there. They had cancelled the appt and never called to tell me. The straw that broke the camels back was this: I had a scheduled appt for Mon (11-18-2013). I called the business office to see if the dr was going to be there. The office manager said "no and she dropped your insurance (United Healthcare Medicaid). " WHAT?!? I was never told before hand and I needed diabetic medicine and cholestrol medicine. Since she dropped the insurance, I couldn't get any refills. I had blood work done and an MRI for my kidneys and now I have no dr to let me know what the results are. Now begins the arduous task of finding a new primary care dr. This is very stressful to me because I am disabled and on many, many meds. All the reviews on this site for Dr. Shah are acurate. The experiences mentioned here are exactly what I experienced. Take my advise and beware of Dr. Shah.

Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
