They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.
