I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
