I think this is a great place to do a lasic surgery. The main thing is that they give a life time guaranty.

Dr. Woolfson gave me and everyone in my surgical group peace of mind whether calm, very anxious, or in between, he gave everyone the attention they needed to feel confident. He answered questions thoroughly and his answers were technical, but understandable for everyone. During the surgery, he commented on what he was doing and what I could expect to see and feel, which was very helpful. My care immediately after the procedure was prompt and responsive. The staff was attentive to my discomfort, even though it was minor, and made sure that it was relieved at once. I appreciated being able to bring someone with me inside the surgical room. I would like to especially recognize the techs - during consultation, pre/post-op, and follow up care, they were universally pleasant and professional. Among the doctors I saw during follow up visits, all were competent, but not all told me what they were doing/seeing during my exam. I certainly had my favorites: Dr. Spetalnick and Dr. Johnson. The front desk and call center staff always displayed a helpful and friendly attitude. I was referred by an employee, Melissa Spencer, and I have already referred 2! Sometimes long waits at appointments.

Dr. Woolfson did a phenominal job and I would highly recommend him to anyway considering Lasik. The whole staff was friendly and attentitive. Dr. Woolfson was able to answer all pre-surgery questions and even gave out his personal number so I could contact him if there were any problems. Wish I had done it years ago!!

The entire staff was friendly and patient to answer questions. Dr. Woolfson himself was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about me as a patient.

The doctor and staff were very reassuring and professional. I especially liked that they had animal cookies that they offered us in the pre-surgery room.

The doctors were always very personable and the staff was beyond kind, professional and accommodating. If I could do anything different, it would have been to call them sooner than I did.
