Dr. Woolfson did a great job making us feel comfortable with the procedure and confident in his ability to perform the surgery. I really appreciated him providing a cell phone number to contact with any issues. Amy did an AWESOME job with communicating around the procedure and answering all of my questions. The only staff member I did not care for was the one running the morning instructions (I think her name was Donna). She spent the time trying to be funny which is not what I wanted before a major surgery. I would have much rather she be quiet and let me prepare for the surgery than to wait for us to laugh at her jokes/comments.

The procedure was explained very clearly so I knew what to expect. The staff is very friendly and accommodating on procedure day. They do a good job of walking you through what will be happening that day. Having prk, it would have been nice to have a little more conversation surrounding post-recovery/expectations and not be as lumped in with lasik.

Practice seemed to be managed efficiently, and all staff I interacted with seemed competent and friendly. David was a welcome presence pre-op and during surgery to make you feel at ease. Dr. Woolfson was not only skillful, but seemed genuine and not in a rush- willing to take time to answer questions and make it a positive experience. Being called by name on a busy surgery day and receiving the handwritten thank you note afterwards were very nice personal touches. Had a great experience!

The results are amazing! I love Dr. Woolfson! He was really nice and made me feel better when I was nervous. Also, while sitting in the waiting room, David was super funny and helped answer any questions!

The doctors and staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was extremely nervous about my Lasik procedure, but I felt that the staff was always good at explaining the process to me and helped calm my nerves. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my surgery and post-op care.

Everyone at the office was very professional and helpful, especially Amy and Dr. Woolfson. David scared my husband however when he called him and told him he needed to get there right away, he thought something was wrong. Other than that it was a good experience.
