The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Dr. Sam has been my doctor since i was born. He treats me more than a daughter, rather than a patient. He sees me whenever i'm sick. After doctor visits he follows up on me by calling my mom at home. What other doctor would take the time on their weekend off to see if your feeling better. My doctor and his staff are truly wonderful people, and I would recommend them to the world.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
