This doctor treated me and my baby like we werent even a human beings needing care.
After giving my blood and urine samples. I explained to this doctor that My visit was intended to confirm my pregnancy and have my first prenatal visit to establish my due date and general info and health care directions. I explained that I was considering finding a practioner closer to my home. In response Dr Yunez told me that I was Wasting his time and that it's was ignorant of me to come in. Continued to ask if I had government insurance and said that if I had to pay for the visit myself that I would never have came in. He refused to give an accurate exam and stated again of my wasting his time. I asked the desk to contact a nurse for a date to when my blood and urine tests would be back as the doctor came up to tell me it costs thousands of dollars to run tests and that he wouldn't run them. I called back in denial a few days later and was told that my blood and urine samples were discared.
This Doctor made me feel abused and uncared for. The level of neglect and ignorance to a pregnant woman needing care and confirmation of care was completely disregarded. This man is cruel and unprofessional and should absolutely NOT be caring for any human being let alone pregnant women and children.

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

A little, but it was bearable
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite
