I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
