They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I have always been very frightened of dentists and would refuse to go to one. My wisdom teeth came in, which caused several teeth to become cracked and absessed. At that point I had no other choice to go to a dentist. I went to see Dr. Rayburn, and was so surprised at how peaceful and quiet her office was. The staff was very polite and Dr. Rayburn was extremely comforting to me. I didn't feel like a "number", but was treated with respect and dignanty. Dr. Rayburn and her staff has changed my opinion of dentist.

I will absolutely return. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. My kids feel very comfortable there.

When I heard that they didn't have a TV for me to watch during my dental procedure, I thought I'd be able to read a magazine, but they didn't have those either except some I've never heard of. They really need to make more of an effort to entertain their patients during those long procedures. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
