My family loves Dr Rayburn as our dentist, but recently we attempted to have a discussion with her office manager about a bill for a crown replacement. We have great insurance and are not new patients. We were hit out of the blue with a $430 bill after insurance (which is awesome) except for the fact that her office manager demanded all the money immediately. When we asked for the possibility of breaking it up over 2 weeks or a month, we were told that we were "more than welcome to go to some other dentist who would do that." While we love Dr Rayburn, her office manager's attitude made us feel that we really are nothing more than an a paycheck and not valued patients. It is causing us to give serious consideration to looking elsewhere since it doesan't seem to matter to them if we stay or leave. It's a real disappointment.
