Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Dr. Smollen is the best doctor out there! I loved her and will continue going to her for a long time! For my first baby I fractured my tailbone and with her she knew just what to do to get around it. Also during my delivery she noticed right away that my daughter was turned a little bit. So instead of having me push for hours she positioned me a certain way to lay for a little bit, came back in an hour, had me start pushing and my daughter was out in one and a half contractions. Fabulous doctor! She made me feel well taken care of and comfortable throughout my entire pregnancy! I can't believe anyone would say anything bad about her. She is awesome!!! I give her 5 stars! (for some reason it is only letting me do 4.5)

First off to comment on the negative review of Dr. Smollen - Wow...that is too bad you feel you had that bad of an experience. I loved this lady to death, she can be in a little bit of a hurry but that could be due to so many people requesting her for their doctor. I drove from Muscatine to have her as my Dr. Its been many years ago but she delivered my twins 16 years ago, and I continued with her for a few years after but after getting a full time job, switched to Muscatine. About 3 years ago I needed to get in for a yearly exam because I hadnt had one in many years, so of course I made it with Dr. Smollen, and as soon as she seen me she gave me a big hug and said how much she still shared my story of how much swelling I had with my twins...That ladies think they have swelling but nothing like what I had with my twins...DR. SMOLLEN IS WONDERFUL!!!!
Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. DR. SMOLLEN IS TERRIFIC!!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
