They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

Dr. Smollen delivered my son. I felt I was in very competent hands and was extremely happy with her. She is reassuring and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I am posting because I read the post claiming that Dr. Smollen is the worst doctor ever. That is simply ridiculous. She is a great doctor who cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and will take the time to listen to her patients. She helped me to deliver a beautiful and healthy baby. I am acquainted with a number of women who are her patients and I have not heard a negative comment. Please do not make your choice of a doctor based on one review. Meet her and make your own decision.

SHE IS THE WORST DR. I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. SHE TREATED ME LIKE A NUMBER DOESN'T EXPLAIN THINGS ONLY CARED ABOUT GETTING YOU IN AND OUT NOT THOROUGH AT ALL. ALL SHE CARED ABOUT WAS GOING TO LUNCH NOT FRIENDLY AND THEN FORGET TO ASK VERY IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ABOUT VITAMIN TOXICITY OR WHETHER HAVING PETS IN THE HOUSEHOLD DID NOT ASK OR TELL YOU NOT TO CHANGE CAT LITTER PREGNANT THEN SHE FORGETS TO WRITE THE LAB TEST TO BE ORDERED...NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE WHAT SO EVER!!! WHERE DID SHE GO TO MED SCHOOL SHE REALLY GAVE THAT PLACE A BAD NAME. SHE DIDN'T BOTHER TO ASK IF YOU HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS...THE FIRST PRENATAL VISIT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE LONGEST AND MOST THOROUGH BUT I WAS IN AND OUT IN 10 MINS...SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE A HISTORY SHE HAD THE NURSE DO THE FIRST MEETING WITH ME. SHE IS A TOTAL JOKE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO A DYING PERSON LET ALONE A NEW BABY THAT IS COMING INTO THE WORLD!! SHE WOULD PROBABLY TWIST ITS NECK DELIVERING IT SCARY REALLY SCARY BESIDES SHE IN NOT SO INTELLIGENT AFTER ALL. FURTHERMORE SHE MADE ME WAIT LIKE 30 MINS JUST TO SEE HER THEN IS IN AND OUT NOT EVEN ASKING IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS FOR HER. I PITY THE POOR PERSON WHO GOES TO HER WITHOUT READING THIS...SHE TOLD ONE GIRL SHE CAN GO TANNING BEDS TO TAN WHILE SHE IS PREGNANT IS THAT NUTS...BAKING YOUR BABY IN TANNING BEDS WITH ULTRA VIOLET RAYS RIGHT ON YOUR PRECIOUS BABY WHAT A QUACK DR. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. LORI WENZEL SHE IS MUCH MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN HER BIG TIME! I FEAR FOR THOSE WHO SEE A HORROR STORY BABY DR. AS SMOLLEN SHE JUST TREATS YOU LIKE A NUMBER NOT A PATIENT BESIDES THE FACT SHE REALLY DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HER CRAFT...TELLING WOMAN ITS OKAY TO DYE YOUR HAIR IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER WHAT A MESS...HAVE HER AS A BABY DR. AND YOUR BABY WILL HAVE BIRTH DEFECTS FROM ALL THE THINGS SHE SAYS IT'S OKAY TO DO WHEN OTHER OB GYN SAY RATHER NOT RISK IT !!! SAD BUT TRUE WHAT A WASTE OF SEEING HER!! I HOPE NO ONE MAKES THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID...SWITCH DR. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! RUN FOR THE HILLS TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO ALREADY BEEN THERE DONE THAT AND IT WASN'T WORTH MY TIME AS IT DEFINITELY WASN'T WORTH HERS ALL SHE CARED ABOUT WAS GOING TO LUNCH!
