Any good review of Parkway Dental was probably a cleaning only. The minute this provider moved into their new building the dental staff and dentist starting approaching patients at a rapid pace for additional dental work to be done. My guess is that the building, new equipment, and additional staff cost them so much they were looking at any means to scam money to pay the bills. I was personally ripped off by this dentist and lied to about the cost that would be billed to me if I had the work done that they repeatedly tried to get me to do. Once the work was done I recieved an additional bill for $900 that was not part of the agreement I had with the doctor once the insurance paid its portion. The dentist knew prior to the procedure that i could not and would not be able to afford any additional charge. When I tried to clear this bill up with the dentist he refused to return my calls and letters in reference to my account.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
