I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They have a great frienly staff and they are very flexible. They were able to fit me in at the last minute. m to be very professional. I really like their Dental Hygienists. She was very throrough and educated me as she performed X-rays and cleaned my teeth. I sent my husband to to Parkway Dental. We are both customers.

Long story short, my roots were short and my crown length was too long, instead of telling me I needed implants, he replaced the crowns and charged me over $20,000. Half of my upper teeth are still falling out and now the only option I have is the implants, but I have so not got $20,000 more to have it done correctly. I think he means well, he just doesn't have the experience, and the office is overly anal about their money, now I see why.

Dr. Sims was my initial dentist there. What a wizard, he's great, but was partially retiring and letting the newbie take his patients. I went ahead and went to Dr. V. thinking he wouldn't hire someone that wasn't of an awesome caliber like him. I think he assumed Dr. V. was good, but now doesn't want to hear from patients that have been dissatisfied with Dr. V.
and that is a large number of now " former "patients.
