I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They weren't friendly even one bit. They were extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite.
