Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. Dr Burgess is exceptionally arrogant and didnot listen to me. It did not make for a pleasing environment.
