Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. Dr Burgess is exceptionally arrogant and didnot listen to me. It did not make for a pleasing environment.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
