I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I am totally devasted to find out that my wonderful dentist, Dr. Jackie Garcia, is no longer at Naperbrook Dentistry. The receptionist will not tell me where she has gone to in order to keep me in their office. The only reason I was going there was because of Dr. G. She was highly recommended by aquaintances so I decided to try it out. She took her time with me, explained every detail of my exam and my treatment plan. She is sooo conservative and treats the teeth that need fixing! The front staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! The office itself needs some updating too! I will continue my search for Dr. Garcia.
