They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I called ahead of time and ask the receptionist if the Dentist could look and take a biopsey of the white spot on my roof of my mouth,absulutely he can help you out there as she replied. I basically got charge ? $72.00, for him to say he could refer me to a oral surgen. I them was taken up front to the receptionist and had to pay in advance another $ 73.00 before they would do a cleaning. They were all polite and I give them that, but the greed and way they made you pay up front for what you recieved is absulutely highway ROBBERY. I did make a appointment for another cleaning but will be canceling it when I have some free time.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. The front service where very rude i did not like it .

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. So in my opinon Id rather go to another dentist

Well, If you need kid care, they are the only game in town. The waiting room is a bit like a bus terminal--no quiet music and fish tank here. The wait is long, but the actual dentists are very good. The hygienists seem a bit inexperienced, but generally nice. If you have dental insurance, go to a private dentist instead.
