Expect to wait a VERY VERY long time. You will sit amonst many many people & have standing room only. The last 2 times we went we had appointments rather than come as a walk-in and we STILL waited 2 hours. By the time we had all 3 kids cleaned--NO cavities-we had been there for 4 hours. There is only 1 bathroom-1 toilet-and its not wheelchair friendly. I cannot get into the bathroom with my wheelchair and I also need my husband to assist, no room for him either. Making an appointment makes no difference because walk-ins get presidence. Dr. Lee is awesome, she has always been very kind and explains everything. Several times hygentists were looking in other booths for what they needed and you would hear they were out of stuff. We heard complaints from the workers they never have all the product they need to provide the work properly. We do have to find a different place to have wisdom teeth out for our twin teenagers. Sealants fell out by the time the kids got into the car out in the parking lot. Its definately a State run facility & they take short cuts and dont even do cleanings for anyone over 18. But they say dental care is essential for good health. We feel like we are a part of a huge herd, crowded into a room and we are just a number waiting our turn. Only in America!!!!

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
