Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. I was in and out in hour. the dentist was great.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave.
