I have been a patient here for 2.5 yrs. The environment is clean and staff seemed nice. As I have met different hygienist, they have seemed more curt and not willing to educate or explain. For ex, my daughter had 3 cavities and I did not know this. The hygienist asked if I wanted the fluoride treatment. I was told from other hygienist from the same facility that you don’t need to do this all the time, especially with fluoride now being in toothpaste/mouthwash/etc. Naturally, I said no unless you think she really needs it. After looking up information about how it’s helpful to prevent the decay, I wish she would have taken time to educate me on my daughters current condition (having cavities) and that we should prob go ahead and do that.
This is of course is even after the fact they cancelled my appointment and filled it with another because they thought I wasn’t coming. My husband didn’t confirm his appt or go, but I did confirm the kids and I. I was there before all of our appt times yet they filled my spot with someone else and could only see the kids. This is after I have already missed one cleaning this year due to COVID. I was upset. They even called my husband and he told them we were on our way and we were there before our appt time.
Also last year, I was 15 min early for an appt and after waiting 20 min after my appt time, (waiting 35min) I Watched someone else come in and be taken back, I am just beside myself with their lack of professionalism.

Even their emails confirming appointments do not display the correct time as they have on their schedules per the hygienist. I couldn’t even schedule my daughter for fillings. They said they would call me to schedule. Never called! Sent a bill of what the cost were. They don’t care about your time or what you truly need. They can be misleading making you feel comfortable and like they care. The facts, however, show differently. Save time and go somewhere else.
We are trying to go to another dentist and they are delaying even sending the records/x-ray.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I felt very rushed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I found them to be very disorganized. They lost all my info and had to enter everything in again while I sat there and waited for 30 mins past my appointment time. The dentists assistant was rude! When I told her I was not interested in their services she informed me that she spent a lot of time on preparing the papers for me and that I could just wait while she printed them out for me. "I'm sorry did I miss the point in this interaction where I turned from the customer to someone that you can boss around?" I was not impressed by the Dr. I felt he spoke down to me and wasn't interested in me as a person, however he was very interested in the money I would be paying him. I would not recommend this office to anyone who likes to be treated as the customer/patient and not just another paycheck.
