Taken all three teens for acne treatment these past 4 years. Appointments last about 4 minutes. Ran into some car trouble, forgot my appointment. Called the next morning to apologize and was treated rudely. I was not dealing with the usual front office woman, but I was charge $50 no show fee. I was not treated well by this person in front of my 16 y.o. but I kept my cool. For years I have never missed an appointment and my first mistake, we are charged a significant fee. What about a first time forgiveness policy. Look, our 4 minute acne recheck visit did not impact his day.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
