Be prepared to WAIT, sometimes over an hour. Further, the front office staff has no conception of customer service. They also make appointments (especially in the afternoon) and then later cancel them if they don't have enough appointments to fill the afternoon. I am currently dealing with them assuring me a prescription would be transmitted to Walgreens and it was not and of course they are closed on Friday and there is no way to contact them--either via an answering service or e-mail.

I visited Dr Odonnell on a senior citizen friend's recommendation and found that he left me very confident I had chosen the right Doc. His demeanor was pleasant, he was personable, and was patient with my questions. He actually found a second questionable spot on my back (back and calf spots actually both turned out to be cancer, each a different type!). Don't be afraid to go in - I thought he was just numbing the areas (needle poke) but he actually was done before I even had a clue he'd begun! Never any pain then or in the three weeks since from either spot! Expect a wait at the office, as with any doctor who has lots of patients. I highly recommend Dr Odonnell. (I'm 56)
