I'm surprised by the number of reviews stating they got in at the appt. time. 6 visits and have arrived 15-20 minutes early for every one yet wasn't seen within an hour. Once, I asked in the waiting room and found that 5 other people had the exact same appt time as I did. The wait time is just unacceptable. If I arrived an hour late, theybwould have cancelled my appt. and charged me! It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Their equipment seems to be in good condition. They're ok about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

I took my daughter to Dr O'Donnell quite a few years ago (in fairness, probably 13 years ago) to have some moles removed. We were rushed thru the appointment. I felt he was more into making money on the number of patients he could get thru rather than on spending time with us. He was abrupt and out of the exam room quickly. The first mole she had removed left a huge ugly scar after they removed the stitches; the nurse dug into the incision line when removing the stitches so the incision separated and drained. Being at that time there were no other dermatologists in the area we returned to have another mole removed. This time I did not allow them to remove the stitches, due to the prior experience. I removed them myself and never returned to them to have them check it out. That one turned out fine. Our experience at this doctor's office was enough not to ever return. I have since then searched for another dermatologist in another area of Michigan to take care of any needs. I would not recommend this doctor.
