They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. My mouth felt disgusting when I left my appointment. It actually felt dirtier than it did when I arrived. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning was disgusting. I could hardly bare it. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!! My 17 yr old daughter was in last week to have two wisdom teeth extracted. They had to be surgically removed. She was given 2 1/2 days worth of a pain reliever. She managed to make it last a week. After a week she was still in severe pain and in tears, unable to open her mouth more than a crack. We called to ask the dentist for something for pain. They wanted her to come in and we took her that day. They took a syringe full of water and irrigated and said it looked good. She was in there for 4 mins. They would give her nothing for pain. Her father went in the next day to talk to them. They again wanted to see her and said they would do more then irrigate. No this time they used suction which hurt her even worse. Now she is in worse pain and they still won't give her anything. They said it wasnt infected but gave her another antibiotic anyway. The dentist said that it was an extraction. Of course it hurt and there was nothing they could do. I have never heard of a dentist say anything this rude or cold hearted to a child. When I was complaining to a co worker at work (medical office) the dr in the office next to mine came into my office to make sure this was not one of his patients.

This office is very good. I have been a patient for about 7 years and i am satisfied. They do a great job with reminders for appointments via e-mail and calling. They are always familiar with my insurance and i have never experienced any billing problems. I once had an inccident where the dentist nicked my tongue while drilling to fit my crown on, but I do realize accidents happen and they called me in a prescription to heal it up quickly. Over all this is an excellent dental office whose new location is amazing and the staff has always been very helpful to me.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Yes, they should have been more gentle

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
