I have nothing but positive things to say about GFD. I am always seen promptly and welcomed when I arrive. My hygienist Tiffany always does a great job...she's very thorough yet takes very little time to clean my teeth. Dr. Lynch-Mayo has been my dentist for 5 years now. I find her to be very nice and she always makes me feel comfortable in the chair. Highly recommended!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. My hygienist, Tiffany always seems to do a great job cleaning my teeth. Then I see Dr. Mayo...she is wonderful as well. She explains everything she does and is very gentle. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Any change in medical/dental care is always a bit traumatic. I recently move to the area and found that Greenwich Family Dentistry made the transition very easy. I was so surprised to see a totally opposite review that was so counter to my experience. The front desk staff is amazingly efficient and far more on top of customer service than my former dentistry group - that was considered 'high end'

Dr Lynch was both professional and courteous as well as thorough in her examination. She honestly discussed my dental issues and presented a reasonable course of action. I know that I am in good hands!

Besides all of the above - I have never experienced a wait, my appointment time was honored. I have never experienced this elsewhere - a true tribute to a well run patient centered practice

I have been a patient of Dr. Valerio's for years, since I was 2 years old. I have always had a wonderful experience in his practice in Cambridge, He was thoughtful and caring and you can tell he really wants what is best for his patients. Ever since he merged with Greenwich Family Dentistry I have loathed going there... Not because of Dr. Valerio or the Dental Hygienists, but because of the attitudes of the other Dr's at the office and the office staff. I unfortunately was stuck with Dr. Lynch one day when Dr. Valerio had a emergency and I have never be spoken to in a more condescending way by a health care provider. I myself work in the Medical Field and was appalled at the unprofessional way Dr. Lynch treated me as her patients. Since going to GFD, I have been treated like a pest by the front staff, especially by Diane and Nadine. Expect to be treated like you are the most annoying person alive if you ask to have any of your records sent to an oral surgeon or orthodontist, especially if the said doctor is not one they prefer or isn't in their network.
They are rude, condescending and NEVER punctual. If told they will call you back with an answer to your question, don't hold your breath. I've waited days for a simple answer. I've never been more belittled as I was speaking to Diane on the phone. Being a medical receptionist in college, I know how you are supposed to treat patients, and apparently the office staff missed that day of training. (none of this reflects on Dr. Valerio's secretary Laura, who as always is friendly, kind and helpful)
I would NEVER recommend a friend go to this office unless they were specifically seeing Dr. Valerio and only dealing with Laura in the office. It's sad to say but when Dr. Valerio retires permanently, I will NOT be continuing at Greenwich Family Dentistry as a patient.

Scheduling appointments is always easy and simple. The billing practices though I'm not pleased with. Instead of submitting bills to my insurance company, then billing me the difference they insisted on up front payment including a deductibe. One week later my insurance informed me my portion was only 1/10 of what the practice insisted on collecting at the time of service. I now have to wait @ month to be reimbursed from them what they never should have taken in the first place! Very frustrating!
