MY wife made an appointment for me acouple of weeks ago. That appointment was for 9:50 this morning. Upon arrival, I was told my appointment was not until 11:10. Frustrating to say the least.
However, they did manage to get me in for a cleaning and exam.
Thank you. When I was leaving I was trying to schedule my next appointments. I ask for the week the kids were out for mid winter break in February. I was told yes, we have ...... on March 17th. I responded, no, Feb. 17th. which she responded Yes. However when I returned home and actually looked at the scheduled appointments, IT WAS MARCH 17TH!
Furthermore my wife pulled the paper work form when she scheduled my appointment. Guess what, 9:50 NOT 11:10.

I was told repeatedly that Dr. Mayo took my insurance. She sure did, but then cahrged me an $80 copay at the time of the visit AND billed me an ADDITIONAL $300 for 2 fillings! I thought it had to be a billing error but they insisted that I owe the full amount. That is not what I understood "we take your insurance" to mean. A participating provider should accept the insurance payment as full payment!

Office manager is an "Office-Nazi" because they charge 62 bucks for missed appointments. "That's our policy!" Take it or leave it, attitude.

Never saw the dentist at all. Had read this blog previously and saw they have a problem, saw the same problem on arrival. So I left.

If your looking for a great dental office I say you need to go to Greenwich Family Dentistry. When I called to schedule a cleaning appointment Diane took all my insurance information and told me what I could expect during my first appointment. Dr. Mayo and Tiffany answered all my questions. It was nice to know what I was told is what I got. Thank you for a great experience.

Like always I had a great experience at the Greenwich Family Dentistry. Tiffany was an amazing Hygienist. I did not mind having her hands in my mouth for the time it took to clean my teeth. Everyone was very personable. Diane was amazing I did not have my insurance card but by the time the cleaning was over she had all the information!
