Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I was a new patient at Greenwich Family Dentistry and found it extremely impersonal and money-driven. I felt like my concerns and needs were of no consequence. Whether this practice provides good dentistry or not, I would never refer a friend to this place and I certainly will not be going back.
