I only went to this dentist because of my lousy dental insurance. The dentist cleaned by teeth within 15-20 minutes; not long enough for a good cleaning. Also, every 6 months when I go for my check-up, there is always different office help and assistants, strange! When I finally got better dental insurance I switched dentists. Now I get a great cleaning from a real hygienist who removes any coffee stains I may have gotten. I do not recommend this dental office.

I am at the very beginning of the process of acquiring dentures. Dr. Farber is professional, warm and friendly. She sets measurable goals and explains her methodology in understandable language.

I highly recommend her practice and services to anyone who might feel a little apprehensive ---she has a calming effect that is contagious!!!!

Great place to go for minor stuff. They get you in and out quickly. I had the misfortune of needing a back tooth pulled. I went here because they accepted my insurance and could me in the soonest. It took the dentist just over an hour to pull the tooth. When it was done they stitched me in silk. Not the ones that dissolve on their own. The staff was very friendly and professional. The dental chair was in disrepair.

I picked this provider when I set up my insurance but I’ve never been there before. I had a tooth infection and was in terrible pain so I called to set an appointment or search for other options. The young lady that answered the phone said the next available appointment was not until February. I explained that I’m not from the area, I was in a great deal of pain and believe that its tooth was infected. The young lady first was response was “Well we can’t give you pain medications without seeing you first” (really? You assume that’s what I’m going to ask for). I explained to her I didn't want pain medication and that I just wanted to be seen so I can get some antibiotics. She replied… “Try the hospital”. I told her that I have already called them and they told me to see a dentist. Then she replied… “I don’t know what to tell you”. I asked her again if she knew of any other place I could go while expressing my fear regarding the infection. I told her about an article I read about a young man that died last year due to a tooth infection. I told her I was worried this could happen to me. Before she rudely hung up the phone she replied… “What do you want me to do about it?”.
Being in the pain that I was I probably came off a little rude/irritated, maybe even annoying asking so many questions but being in this field and a person calls with a toothache and infection you think they would understand.

Immediately I Googled another dentist and called the first one on the list. I explained the same thing and the woman that answered was very concerned about the infection. She was unable to get me in that day but gave me a couple numbers for emergency dental services that take late walk-ins.

I don’t know how good the provider is but I can say that the office lady was not only rude she unable to show compassion or concern. So, I’ll have to just take my business to someone that can.

I'm not a patient at this facility yet. However, when I called last week very upset because my front tooth broke off, they were very sympathetic to problem, and offered an appt the same day to fix it!! This was THE ONLY place (out of 8) that was willing to fix me up the same day:)

I've had one appointment with them before while I was pregnant. The staff was nice and professional but GOOD LUCK MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.
I get the recording every time and I've been trying to reach them for over 3 weeks now, calling at least once a day. I wanted to use them simply because I was already set up there but not after this. I'm finding a new dentist.
