They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. The dentist and staff were friendly and accommodating. This provider is very good. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit.

One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.
