Kevin, who cleaned my teeth, is ALWAYS excellent both in his work and on-hands bed side manner talking to me. He is very over worked. Dentist just in and out since I have good teeth. Receptionist - unpleasant except when the know the individual. ALWAYS a LONG waiting time - over an hour+ and packed waiting area. Some people can not even sit down. The office is very worn down and old. If the office is not clean it reflects on how I feel about how clean their instruments are, their hands and overall hygiene of the dentist office. I have no choice but to go there due to my insurance. I can't believe that in this day and age this could be possible. Some paint, dusting, elbow grease would really help! Plus your biggest problem - schedule appropriately. Meeting your quota, which is manditory by insurance companies for bonus incentives, should not be your priority. You took an oath. Maybe time to get out of the business??? Kevin - if you leave, let me know where you are going. Great employee - very professional!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
