Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
