This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. I asked for some advice, but they couldn't give me any. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
