Kate that handles the billing is down right rude! I would never recommend this dentist office to anyone. I have had a billing problem since April and we still have not had it resolved. Not to mention the wait time for an appointment and the lack of people skills by the dentist!

Absolutely horrible experience. After unbearable customer service, and questionable insurance and ethical situation, I refuse to have my children treated there any more. before I left I requested copies of my 2 children's dental records to take with me to another practice. I was refused, and simply given billing statements - which contained errors. I finally filed complaints with both my insurance company and the state medical board. I currently have a file open with the state medical board trying to obtain the medical records. According to my investigator they have had several other complaints filed against the practice. Anyone who has also had terrible experiences, please file a complaint with the PA state board, hopefully if enough of us complain the board will levy some sanctions for this outrageous treatment of patients and customers!!

I will never go back to this office. Our insurance changed and that is the only reason we ever went there. I brought my 7 year old son in because he was experiencing some pain. They took a hundred xrays and didn't even invite me to be with my son while he just sat there interminally as they developed the film or whatever they were doing. I kept checking on him even when told I didn't need to. Then the dentist arrived on the scene and barely made eye contact, didn't smile and didn't even introduce herself, I had to say "And you are . . . ?" The decor is sort of depressing. Even if I have to pay out of pocket I am going back to Pottstown Family Dentists on High St across from the Hill School. Dr. Wahlers is the best. Everyone is amiable. The office is in a beautiful old mansion. We actually like going there!
P.S. Hanover never followed up with us!! After telling us what we needed to have done, they NEVER called us. Not even to close out their file. I guess they weren't even curious what happened to us!
